MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
If you are an active or retired member of the military or have current membership in USAA, you are eligible to participate in the Indiana MILITARY Advantage program. Civilian military employees can also participate using the HOME Base exception. Immediate family members are also eligible (parents, siblings, children). This program can be used multiple times with no time limit.

You can receive a 20% (twenty percent) rebate on the real estate brokerage commission earned by your agent just by participating in our Indiana Military Advantage program. BEFORE contacting a real estate agent on your own - contact us to get a registration form. Fill it out and return it per the instructions on the form. You'll be matched with a local real estate expert or you can request a favorite broker/agent if they are willing to work with our referral program.
For Listings – You will also receive a Lowe's 10% off coupon within 2 weeks after listing.
For Buyers - You will also receive a Lowe's 10% off coupon within 2 weeks after closing. Upon closing, you will be entered into Customer for Life, which provides regular market data on your new home.

To take advantage of these benefits, you must be registered in our Indiana Military Advantage program and purchase through your assigned or approved agent.
There are some qualifying factors that must be met in order to receive the rebate:
1. Proof of current or past military service, current USAA membership or Civilian employment.
2. Must register with the Prudential Indiana Relocation Department.
3. Homes under $50,000 do not qualify for the program.
4. Rebates will not be paid on transactions involving a referral fee.
5. This program is not available in the following states: AK,OK,KS,MO,LA,IA,MS,OR,TN & AL.
